The best fish n chips in Melbourne Fresh fish, beautiful chips, great family business, excellent Service And always extras in the pack. I have moved a few suburbs away but keep going back just for the fish n chips Can’t beat them

Order the special flight. It was so dry and tough for coming two pieces, dim Sims fish cake and potato cake. Dim Sims with normal market. Have fish shop fish cake was good potato cakes with dough but the flake and you pay 1450 for a flake that is so dry For that what I ordered the bill was 25 something dollars I will never go back there again and I’ve always gone to Dino Parade and fish and chips are much better by miles and cheaper. I will not go there again

Dry stale overcooked food. Disgusting. The oil used must have been old. The Calamari rings were like processed rubber. Potato cake was hard but slimy on inside. Flake tasted strange and was stiff as a board. Do not recommend! *vom*

Upon entering, we were immediately greeted with the friendliest staff! Centreway fish & chips have the fattest, tastiest, juiciest burgers I've ever had. The chips were also super golden and crunchy. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend 👌 …

This used to be my favourite fish and chips place until the change of owners. Recently I went to get a large order of tasteless fish and burgers, the flake full of bones! Something I’ve never experienced before in my life with flake. The chips and potato cakes were mediocre, in the past only spending on average $80-$100 for a large order with the previous owner, who’d throw in plentiful amounts for free. Now spending $150 for subpar fish and chips and poor quality fish. Unlikely to return sadly. We waited over an hour after being told that things would be ready within 40 minutes, with walking orders being served before ours were even complete, calling an hour ahead.
